THE CALL OF THE FOOD IMPACT INSTITUTE
“If you control the food supply, you control the people” – Henry Kissinger
Food is vitally important since we are what we eat and we need to be reminded that a 100 years ago 100% of the food was 100% organic and 100% of the food was 100% pure. Today, a 100 years later less than 5% of our food could be considered 100% pure and less than 1% of our food could be considered organic. And the reason why is because a 100 years ago fruits, vegetables, and grains and even animals ate food that were completely chemical free.
Now, most of the foods that we put in our body contain things that were not made by nature they’re actually made by chemists, by food chemists, by flavor chemists and specialists in laboratories. There are food like substances that resemble food that taste like food and smell like food but they do not act like food because they have been processed, irradiated, genetically modified, and they’ve been filled with artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners and they’re loaded with hormones and sprayed with pesticides and herbicides. All this has contaminated what once was a a pure food supply.
It’s no wounder that nearly 7 out of every 10 Americans are considered overweight and a great percentage of those are actually considered obese. Millions of people are actually addicted to caffeine , addicted to sugar, addicted to food chemicals because the food chemists actually make them addictive and irresistible and they want to make the flavors and the memory of that flavor and aroma so irresistible that you can not wait to experience it again.
Unfortunately, these food chemicals and stimulants stress out our system, interrupt our hormonal cycles, and keep us from enjoying a restful sleep. Pesticides and herbicides can cause food sensitivities and trigger adverse autoimmune responses in our system leading to malabsorption of nutrients and nutrients deficiencies. All this causes a wishes cycle that goes on day after day and it’s a downward spiral. People are searching for a way out and research clearly indicates that these over processed franken foods may very well be the root cause and may be leading to serious health challenges as the rates of Obesity, Diabetes, Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Autism, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Celiac Disease and other acquired autoimmune diseases are rising and unprecedented viruses and immune resistant bacteria are soaring.
Fortunately, with early detection and proper treatments, children who are diagnosed with Obesity, Diabetes or an acquired autoimmune disease such as Autism Spectrum Disorder can learn to eat right, live a healthy life and avoid preventable diseases before they mature into adolescence and adulthood. The approach of The Food Impact Institute engages three fundamental steps that can transform a child’s life from one of isolation and disheartenment to full engagement in our world: Engagement and early detection of food addiction, overeating and eating disorders; Launch of the Food Impact App mobile app GUIDUS; and Implementation of the Low-G-Impact Sustained Energy Seal of Approval Program.
